Snapshot: Month-over-month, the Denver market slowed in December. Looking at detached properties, there were 1,320 new listings compared to 1,954 in November and 3,363 back in October. Pending and closed sales decreased as well. However, activity actually increased year-over-year with sales up a healthy 22.18% and pending sales coming in 15.26% higher than last year. Denver’s median December home price of $639,700 also showed a healthy 4.87% increase over 2023.
