Monthly Referral Generating Postcard
- Postcards are ordered on the 20th of the month.
- Cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month in order to have the cancellation go into effect for the month immediately following. If it’s received after that, it will go into effect for the month after. So if you submit your cancellation on August 16th, your September postcard will still go out, but your October will cease.
- There is a 3-month required commitment for the program. You’re welcome to cancel before then, but it will go into effect after the 3rd month.
- You are welcome to send a new list at any point by emailing expandedservices@compass.com. If we do not receive a new list, we will continue to use the last list provided.
- Each postcard is .95, billed monthly.
MFY Plan
- If you receive a Just Listed or Just Sold postcard as part of your MFY plan, you have ten business days to approve the postcard after the closing date to send it out. After that, it will not be included as part of your MFY plan.
- There must be at least 2 weeks notice in order to receive a custom website for a luxury listing.
Listing Services
- There is a $150 trip fee for staging if services are not able to be completed when a full staging team is sent.
- There is a $50 trip fee for any other service unable to be completed by an in-house team that is not a full staging service. Example: Stager is unable to access the home to do a vacant consult.
