What: We’ve reworked the ASC schedules to best utilize their time and talents, as well as ensure more balanced work hours. Moving forward, an ASC will be on-site and the office “open” according to the following schedule:
Cherry Creek, Boulder and Highlands – Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm.
DTC — Wednesday thru Friday, 9am-5pm.
Broadway – Saturday and Sunday, 10am-2pm.
Agent Services: We’ll still have you and your business covered! Set turnaround times for marketing materials and items ordered through the Hub will still be honored for ALL offices, even on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Office Access: When an ASC is not on-site, agents are always welcome to access and use all office spaces, utilizing the door code. If you ever need assistance, you can call the main line—an ASC will help over the phone if possible, and if an on-site presence is necessary, we’ll make the proper arrangements.
