What: We’re excited to announce the much-anticipated return of more Market Education classes starting on Thursday, September 14th. You can RSVP today to attend one of these tracks:

• Boulder County at the Erie office with Krista Allard
• Denver’s North Suburbs at the Highlands office with Erin Jeppson
• Denver’s South Suburbs at the DTC office with Thaddeus Howells

Note that Boulder County has replaced the Longmont class so that Louisville and Lafayette could be rolled into the curriculum and provide you with broader knowledge of the area!

A Certified Market Expert designation shows that you’re not only book smart but market smart! You’ll be able to earn the trust of your clients and help them make smart decisions.

Details: To earn your CME designation, you must attend all three classes starting with Class 1. Before you jump in, please keep in mind the time commitment. Each class requires you to complete a significant number of property previews, so we recommend that you only tackle one area at a time. This will allow you to better balance work and education while fully immersing yourself in the material and market you’re studying.

What Happened to 5 Classes? Classes will be offered on a rotating basis instead of all five at once. The goal is to have larger class sizes which will create a better learning experience and more productive (and fun) preview parties! Central Denver and City of Boulder classes will kick off in January.
