Umbrella agents get printed presentations and neighborhood books at no charge (up to 20 of each per year), and receive Hub credits based on production that can be used toward Generator, Post-Inspection, Referral & Closing gifts. Once the allotted Hub credits are used, additional items will be charged to the credit card on file. *Included for agents in the Elite TC program or Database program. **Three-month commitment required.
Hub Credits
If an agent is on the Umbrella commission plan, they will be allocated a number of credits for use on The Hub. These credits can be used for anything on The Hub, but are designed to be used for Generators, Closing & Referral Gifts, Post-Inspection Gifts, and PorchLight Gear to better win client referrals. Each agent is assigned a number of credits based on their LTM production, which is adjusted quarterly. Agents who earn more credits based on increased production mid-year will have their credits prorated based on what month the credits are applied.

Additionally, agents on the Umbrella commission plan will automatically have a coupon code applied to any presentations (listing, buyer, development) or neighborhood books “purchased” through The Hub. So while those might originally show a cost associated with them, upon checkout the coupon code will be applied so the Umbrella agent is not charged for printed presentations or neighborhood books.
Printing & Cutting Charges
- PorchLight will provide, at no charge, color copies of PCPs, stats, bios, CMAs, etc. Broker Associates will also have access to the printer to use for everyday printing needs at no charge. Charges will apply to special projects such as custom personal invitations, custom generator cards, additional listing marketing materials, or any other printing request that falls outside of the categories listed above.

- $0.65 per sheet on plain paper, card stock, or recycled paper; single- or double-sided

- A maximum of 150 full sheets of plain, recycled or cover stock
Monthly Postcard
Up to 200 postcards are automatically mailed monthly for every PL agent, for any client who is in their CRM Contacts, has a designated physical mailing address, and are assigned to either a Referral Source or Pipeline Group—except “Not PL Qualified” and “Not Converted,” which don’t receive postcards. If an agent has more than 200 contacts that fit these parameters, they will be contacted by Marketing and can either pay monthly for the additional postcards, or re-sort their contacts to get to 200 or fewer (charges for additional postcards vary—contact Marketing for more information).
Agents can also—free of charge—opt in or 20 “extra” postcards to be used at open houses or handed out to those not already on their contact list. They can also choose to add their headshot to the back of the postcard, along with their contact information.
