What: Three new listing email upgrades have now been launched so that we can showcase your latest properties and all PorchLight open houses: Weekly Home SpotLight, Weekly Open Houses, and Targeted Digital Emails.
Why: This will ensure that other local agents are always in the loop about PorchLight’s newest offerings. We’ll also be making it a point to include compensation details on these properties and provide agents with information on how to contact you if they have a potential buyer in mind.
Details: Here’s a breakdown of all three initiatives:
- Targeted Digital Emails – Designed to get your high-end and unique listings in front of specific agents, these targeted emails are available by request on the Hub.
- You will select a few qualifiers based on who you’re targeting, and your Marketing Manager will pull a list of up to 100 agents for you.
- There are various design templates to choose from, depending on how much text and how many photos you wish to showcase.
- The email can be loaded to your CRM if you prefer.
- Please note that each request requires a 2-3 business day turnaround.
- Yes, eFlyers are still available to order if you want to promote listings on a broader scale.
- Home Spotlight – This email is sent to all agents along the Front Range every Monday.
- Featuring all new listings from the prior week, this email includes a photo, general info, a link to the listing, and the name of the listing agent.
- Note that properties must have professional photos to be included.
- Buyer agent compensation will be added in August.
- We are working on adding a link to a Buyer’s Needs page (currently in development) where we’ll house all of your buyer needs.
- This will also replace eFlyers in the listing marketing suite.
- Best of all, you don’t need to do anything. All properties are automatically included!
- Open Houses – This email goes out every Friday morning to all Front Range Realtors.
- It includes all open houses for that week, except for new listings.
- Beta testing revealed that new listing links weren’t always available before the automated sendout, so the email will feature homes that went on market in the week(s) prior to launch.
- Any open house schedule changes must also be made before 5pm on Thursday.
- This template will be available in the CRM for anyone who wishes to send it to their sphere.
