What: With an unprecedented crisis comes unprecedented stress. To help manage and alleviate the anxiety, we’ve created a PCP that provides simple tips to help people get through each day along with resources that are easily accessible—online therapy options, apps for mood and meditation, plus relevant podcasts.
How This Is Used: Along with straightforward ideas for reducing anxiety, you can let your people know about the many resources that are available to them even while the stay-at-home order is in place. We’ve selected options that are affordable, even free. And while these are no substitute for medical care, it just might help people find some calm and not feel so alone.
How to Access:
- Download the PDF or JPEG by clicking on the buttons below. You can also request a customized version or send a virtual postcard.
- For Instagram, we’ve created multiple square graphics that you can post to your feed. On Facebook, you can either use the square images or download the JPEG and feature the full PCP.
- Include a message such as: Even if you’re the laid back type, things might feel pretty stressful right now. Here are a few simple ways to get through the day and protect your mental well-being. Full guide at bit.ly/plwellbeing.
