What: With gyms and yoga studios closed due to COVID-19, we put together a PCP featuring a variety of online options and apps to help people keep up with, even begin their fitness journey. It covers free trials from Peloton and Daily Burn, as well as YouTube channels that offer high-quality, no-cost yoga and workout videos.
How This Is Used: With most of us staying safe at home, getting a proper workout is no easy feat. While a walk or bike ride can help your people get some fresh air, working up a sweat might require the encouragement and structure of an actual class or video. This PCP offers great options for all levels and styles, as well as a few reminders of why exercise is so important.
