We provide a pre-market “shine” the week the house goes on the market. To ensure the home glows for professional marketing photos, this broad surface cleaning includes clearing dust on furniture, freshening bathrooms and vacuuming floors. Full Clean service is also available.

A comprehensive staging report is then created, and our consultant follows up with the homeowners to ensure the home is ready for pre-market services to continue moving forward.

To appeal to a wide range of buyers, PorchLight will bring in furniture and accessories to stage the living room, dining room or eating area, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. Each home is unique, so staging can vary. Additional rooms and options, such as including patio furniture, are available for an additional cost.
