What: It’s time for settlement statements! Please fill out the order form to have settlement statements sent to all clients who purchased or sold a home in 2023.
When: Submit your request by Friday, December 1st so that we can determine workload and allocate staff time.
- Just fill out the order form, submit your signature by signing a piece of paper and scanning it in, and agree to a flat rate of $200 + postage (charged to your credit card on file). If you are on the Database Program you will only be charged postage.
- Your TC will compile all buyer and seller statements for the 2023 calendar year.
- A mailing list will be pulled based on the settlement statements and your CRM contacts, so be sure your contact addresses are up to date!
- You will receive a proof of the letter for your approval, along with the mailing list to ensure all addresses are correct.
- With your approval, we’ll handle the rest! Clients will receive a copy of their statement and a letter (signed by you), in an addressed envelope with an attention-grabbing sticker on the outside, so they know important docs are inside.
- All letters will be sent by the second week of February, depending on when you place your order and approve your proofs.
FYI: The letter that comes with the statement includes a referral-generating message! It’s another way to keep you top of mind with happy clients and potentially bring in new business.
