Service Area Map

We have two main service areas:

• Core Service Area represented in blue on the map

  • In the Core Service area, all Listing Services are available.

• Select Service Area represented in green on the map

  • We will offer all Core Services EXCEPT for Open House Sign placement.

  • Out of Area or Travel Fees may apply with some vendors.

• Out of Area

  • Any area not covered in the Core or Select Service Areas is considered Out of Area for Listing Services.

  • Brokers (agents) may take listings in out-of-area locations provided they meet the DORA Competency requirements for that area and type of property. The broker (agent) must also have Sales Manager approval before signing Listing Agreements in out-of-area locations.
