-Make sure pipes are insulated (especially exterior walls)
-Set your water on vacation mode
-If you’re traveling, have someone check in on your home
-Set your thermostat to a safe winter temperature
-Seal drafts + gaps. Small fixes prevent big headaches.
Not only does a well-maintained home show better, but you’ll avoid any mid-winter surprises that could potentially derail a spring selling plan.
