When rates drop, it won’t get easier. It’ll get harder. More buyers come back. Bidding wars come back. The leverage shifts.
The window most people are waiting for is the same window that closes the deal you could have made today.
If you’ve been thinking about buying, don’t wait for the masses to make the same decision.
That’s usually when the deals stop being deals.
