Message: Boulder County’s market is showing resilience. Sold listings and total sales volume are both climbing year-over-year, even as new listings dip and homes take just a bit longer to sell. Prices remain steady, reflecting continued demand for this sought-after area.
Curious what this means for your real estate goals? Let’s connect and map out your next move.

Lower Rates

Message: Most people won’t tell you this, but lower rates don’t always mean cheaper homes.
Yes, rates just dipped to their lowest point in nearly a year, which sounds like a win for buyers.
But here’s the catch: lower rates usually mean more buyers jumping in…and more competition can push prices up.
For buyers: Even a tiny shift in rates can lower your monthly payment, but you’ll want a strategy to stand out in multiple-offer situations.
For sellers: This fall market could be your sweet spot to list while buyer demand is heating up.
Bottom line? A dip in rates can be a smart window of opportunity…but only if you know how to play it. Make sure you have an experienced agent with you, and reach out if you want to discuss more!
