Agent Social Media Calendar, September 16-22

Welcome to another week of suggested social media posts that will help keep you connected with your people and support your business! Let’s get right to it.

Message: Denver’s housing market continues to shift as we move through late summer. Fewer new and sold listings signal cooling activity, while homes are taking longer to sell. Yet, prices are holding steady even as inventory climbs—giving buyers more options and a bit more breathing room. Thinking about buying or selling? Let’s connect to talk strategy.

Listing: 2621 Dexter Street, Denver. Listing Agent: Deb Ellis

Message: What’s better than a Park Hill bungalow that perfectly combines timeless charm with modern convenience? Not much!

Pricing Correctly

Message: Some sellers think that pricing high leaves room to negotiate. In reality? It can push buyers away before they ever step foot inside.

By the time you lower the price, you’ve lost momentum—and possibly the strongest buyers.

In today’s market, the smartest strategy is pricing right from the start so you get the best offers and the best outcome.

Luckily, this is where Compass Three-Phase Marketing comes into play. It’s the perfect way to pre-market your home and gauge pricing without accruing any days on market. Reach out if you’d like to know more.

Listing: 565 S Corona St, Denver. Listing Agent: Julie Woodle

Message: If you’re looking for the perfect place to watch Monday Night Football, look no further than this Wash Park home! The basement has the perfect spot for MNF…or a movie night.
